This photograph titled ‘Mum’ got into the National Portrait Prize Finalist Exhibition at the National Portrait Gallery and is showing from 20th of March until the 20th of May.
‘Mum’
In a brief moment of time between the continual round of meetings with her many volunteer organisations, mum takes a break. Viv Pearce is a mother, a wife, and a person who enjoys nature, reading a fantasy and having a cup of tea. All those submissions, policies and minutes are temporally lost. She is having a good time and serious things can wait… the world can be saved tomorrow.
